Larry Frank is a Program Manager with General Dynamics, Electric Boat Corp. He has served the Navy’s submarine program throughout his career – starting as a Navy submarine reactor operator, then as an engineer with the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory, and for the past 25 years with Electric Boat.
He has both a BBA and an MBA from Idaho State University and is an inactive CPA. He is fairly new to Washington and to the 35th district, having moved here from upstate New York in 2003.
As a high school student he volunteered for Barry Goldwater, and once voted for Ronald Reagan; but he has since matured.
