It's Primary Election Time!

Washington's Top-Two Primary system means there are some races being decided now, during the Primary, instead of in November's General Election.

If you are registered to vote, you should have received your ballot in the mail by now.

If you are not yet registered to vote, you can still vote in the Primary. You must register in-person at your local Elections Office by August 9. Go to http://www.sos.wa.gov/elections/auditors.aspx to find your county Elections Office.

Get your ballot in by August 17.

Some counties within the 35th Legislative District provide handy drop-boxes, for you to deposit your ballot and save the costs of postage.

If you fail to register to vote by August 9, you can still vote in November's General Election, if you register by October 25.

Contact your local Elections Office for more information. Many have the voter's pamphlet online, too.
